Welcome To
Kaizen
Strength Is A Choice
To Train Kaizen means to train smarter, move better and become stronger physically and mentally. Strength is a choice, and we’re here to help you make that choice.
Our Mission
At Kaizen our goal is simple; help people fulfill their potential. Whether that be through our training programs, individualized content or our educational material. To do this we need to respect both physiology and psychology. Our mission is to blend science, proven methods and real world coaching experience to create a journey for our athletes, that not only brings about the desired results, but resonates with them mentally.
Every athlete is on their own journey and their process should reflect that.
Core Principles Behind our Mission
Both physically and mentally. Often, all that is needed for someone to reach levels they never have before is for someone to show them the path and give them permission to walk it. Our goal is to provide you with the means to walk the path to places you never thought you could reach, and be alongside you for the journey
Being an athlete has nothing to do with it being your full-time job or being paid for it. It has everything to do with how you view your body and mind and the work you apply to improving them. For some, being "athletic" means being able to run around after their kids, and for others it means being able to deadlift 700lbs. In our eyes, all goals are equal, and all those who chase them are athletes.
This is our tag line for a reason. No matter where you're at in life or what your circumstances are, you have choices. Choosing STRENGTH usually means taking the step that is the hardest, but that is also the step that takes you towards the person you want to be. Wherever you're at, there's a step you can take that takes you in the right direction
Testimonials
I reached out to Kaizen, wanting to lift big numbers, not realizing it would transform every part of my life. My routines, mindset, and outlook—both in and out of the gym—have undergone a complete transformation. I’m grateful for their expertise, patience, and consistent support through the process of growth and change.
Kaizen has been working with me for a while. In that time I’ve gotten stronger, leaner, and more agile. More importantly, though, they have helped me develop habits to be a more resilient person and a better spouse. It’s a great comfort to have a coach, with that level of knowledge, who also genuinely cares about you as a person.
Kaizen has coached me through two Hyrox events and I’m now training for my next. My running has improved, my strength has skyrocketed, and I finally have a focused, tailored program that delivers real results. Every part of my training and nutrition is personalized—helping me feel stronger, more empowered, and happier. I only wish I’d started sooner.
I’ve worked with Kaizen for quite some time. I first learned from their content and asked countless questions — always met with patience, insight, and clear answers. Then I got a call from a sponsor offering a paid fitness video shoot, which required me to get very lean in a short amount of time. The timing couldn’t have been worse — I was mid muscle-building phase — but Kaizen took on the challenge head-on. In just six weeks, we achieved results that seemed nearly impossible. The process was tough, but the guidance, structure, and accountability made it not only achievable but rewarding. Working with Kaizen means working with the best — a blend of deep knowledge, honest feedback, and the right balance of tough love and empathy. The experience has been transformative, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support and expertise I’ve received.
Kaizen has coached me for six years, tailoring every program to my needs. They are knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly encouraging—helping me build both strength and confidence. With their guidance, I’ve competed yearly, becoming British and European champion and setting multiple records. I’m so grateful for their dedication and support.
I started working with Kaizen six months before turning 40, wanting to stay strong, athletic, and get in the best shape possible—and they delivered. The structured training and nutrition plan got me in my best shape in over 20 years. Beyond the physical results, Kaizen’s attention to detail, problem-solving, and genuine commitment helped me grow as an athlete, coach, and person. Their mix of precision, drive, and a bit of tough love made all the difference.
I have been working with Kaizen for years. They have helped me with everything from photo shoot prep, to competing in powerlifting, and now they are helping me work out imbalances while I compete on my dressage horse. I’ve gained not only incredible coaching, but also mentorship and valuable guidance with my own clients.
I’ve been working with Kaizen for nearly four years, and it’s been so much more than standard coaching and programming. From powerlifting preps and nutrition to off-season hypertrophy and bulking phases, every stage has been tailored to my goals. Kaizen strikes the perfect balance between flexibility and expert guidance—creating a genuine partnership built on trust and understanding. That connection has helped me progress faster and achieve more than I ever expected.
I’ve been competing for well over a decade and thought I was doing everything “right” until I started working with Kaizen. It’s tough to keep making meaningful progress after nearly 15 years on the platform, but dialing in my nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle with Kaizen has had a massive positive impact on my training, competing, sleep, digestion, mood, and body composition. Their approach is comprehensive, thorough, and extremely well-educated. Beyond having more productive meet cycles, I finally feel like I’m fully capitalizing on my off-seasons as well.
