The Art of Continuous Improvement
Something we have learned from a combined 30 years of experience is that everyone is on their own journey towards self-improvement. But the thing we all share in common is that we have to stride towards something.
No matter what you are striding towards, we are here to help you get there.

Over the last 15+ years as a coach, author and educator I have had the honor and privilege of helping individuals all across the world achieve their goals. I’ve worked with all demographics from post-op patients, to general population, to elite athletes. As a result I’ve learned that there is no single tool, system or method that will help everyone elevate themselves to the highest level. Instead, you need to have the largest toolbox possible so that, no matter what the context, you have a tool that can be used to help that individual continue to progress.
The best results come from understanding things from the ground up, whether that be physiology, training or the individuals themselves.
Training is not just about the goal at the end of the path, but who you become walking along that path, and that should never be forgotten. Coaching is why I am here, it’s my purpose, and this is why I strive to constantly develop myself so that I can in turn help others do the same.
I have been to the darkest, most hopeless places in my life, and have elevated myself to places I never thought possible. And now it’s my turn to help others do the same.
Kaizen is born from this desire. To help as many people as possible elevate themselves to places they never thought they could get to…“There are two mistakes along the way to Self-Mastery: Not starting it and not going all the way.“.

I’m a strength coach, multiple all-time world record–holding powerlifter, and lifelong student of human performance and resilience.
With over 13 years of coaching experience and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry, I blend science, experience, and passion to help people move better, lift stronger, and believe in what they’re capable of.
I’ve spent years chasing strength — not just on the platform, but in life. Powerlifting taught me what consistency, resilience, and precision can build, and now my mission is to help others experience that same transformation.
My path hasn’t been linear. After suffering a major back injury, I rebuilt myself from the ground up — returning not just to compete again, but to break another all-time world record. I’ve learned that success doesn’t just come from chasing goals — it comes from mastering the process also.
My coaching focuses on technical excellence, intentional programming, and a mindset built around long-term growth. Every person I work with gets a plan tailored to them — their goals, their strengths, their obstacles — because no two athletes are the same.
I’m direct, detail-oriented, and fully invested in my athletes. No matter what your goals are, I’ll meet you where you are — and help you build the confidence, strength, and skill to go further than you thought possible.
Testimonials
I’ve been with Kaizen for about a year, originally starting with nutrition—but the growth has gone far beyond food. Through the process, I’ve competed in two powerlifting meets where I made weight easily and performed without fatigue. I’ve lost weight, maintained my strength, and resolved nearly all of my previous medical issues. More importantly, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of my body, my mindset, and what sustainable progress truly means. Kaizen doesn’t just focus on numbers—it challenges, educates, and empowers you to become your best. Choosing Kaizen was ultimately choosing myself, and it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made.
After reading an EliteFTS article, I reached out to Kaizen after being stuck on my squat for eight months. Within a year, I finally hit a 2.5 kg (5 lb) PR—and ten months later, running the same program, I’d added another 17.5 kg (39 lbs) to my squat total. What makes it even better is that it happened despite less-than-perfect conditions—limited sleep, inconsistent recovery, and not always giving 100% on accessories. The results proved what real coaching and structured effort can do. Sometimes you don’t need a new plan—you just need to work harder and trust the process. Kaizen helped me do exactly that. This picture is me locking out that PR at 255 kg (562 lbs)—a lift that finally broke the plateau.
I reached out to Kaizen Coaching because, as a coach myself, I knew I needed guidance from someone operating at a higher level. After years of coaching, I understood how rare true mastery is—and I wanted to learn from a system built on more than just sets and reps. What I found was a fast-track through a decade of coaching lessons. The programming was detailed, structured, and purposeful—every phase connecting seamlessly like chapters in a textbook. As a self-proclaimed ‘mediocre’ strength athlete, I hit all-time PBs, rebuilt from injuries, and entered my late 30s in the best shape of my life. But the biggest transformation wasn’t physical—it was professional. The mentoring calls, athlete case studies, and deep problem-solving discussions gave me tools that would’ve taken years to develop on my own. Through Kaizen Coaching, I’ve helped athletes earn professional AFLW and NRLW contracts, guided lifters to national titles, and built systems that now form the foundation of my business. Kaizen Coaching is the kind of mentorship every coach needs—honest, challenging, and relentlessly invested in your growth. World-class guidance. Real accountability. Genuine care.
Working with Kaizen has been one of the most transformative experiences of my fitness journey. The depth of knowledge in strength and conditioning is matched only by the genuine care and intuition behind the coaching. Every session is motivating, educational, and delivered with the perfect balance of humor and heart. Even while training online, I’ve learned so much and continue to see real progress—and I can’t wait to experience one of the Kaizen workshops in person.
I’ve been coached by Kaizen for the past few years, and it’s completely redefined my idea of great coaching. Every program is tailored, effective, and designed to keep you progressing. Kaizen’s approach goes far beyond lifting—it’s about training smarter, recovering better, and building consistency that lasts.
I’ve always been someone who went to the gym knowing it was good for me, but without real focus or direction. That lack of structure made it easy to stagnate and stop progressing. Since joining Kaizen, the tailored training plans and practical nutrition guidance have completely changed that. I’ve gained focus, built consistency, and seen real, measurable progress — both in strength and confidence. The biggest shift is that I now have purpose again in my training. Kaizen reignited my competitive drive, and I’m currently preparing for my third HYROX event.
Kaizen has been an incredible experience from day one. During my initial consult, I was immediately impressed by the depth of knowledge in biomechanics, the sharp attention to technique, and the thoughtful, individualized approach to training. With their programming and guidance, my technique improved quickly and my numbers steadily climbed. Later, when I was recovering from surgery, Kaizen provided the structure and support I needed to achieve what I once thought was impossible. The coaching is down-to-earth, patient, and highly responsive — a perfect balance of professionalism and genuine care. Kaizen is truly one of a kind.
Working with Kaizen has been one of the smartest investments of my athletic career. In just over a year, I’ve learned more than I did in years with other coaches and courses. The team combines deep technical knowledge with genuine connection—helping me smash old maxes, refine my training execution, and develop the mindset needed to perform at an elite level.
For the past three and a half years, a Kaizen approach has transformed my powerlifting journey. I went from being stuck—struggling with bodyweight, stalled progress, and ineffective dieting—to steadily improving through small, sustainable changes in nutrition and training. This mindset helped me break plateaus, build strength, and understand my body better, even through tough weeks. If you’re committed to continuous improvement, Kaizen will meet you where you are and push you to become a stronger version of yourself.
From my very first conversation with Kaizen, I knew I was in the right place. The science-backed approach, honest guidance, and the way support is delivered with both clarity and kindness were exactly what I needed. The advice is always meaningful and grounded — whether I’m navigating injury, refining my nutrition, or working through heavier mental health moments. What stands out most is that I never feel like “just a check-in.” Every interaction feels thoughtful and personal, with space for open, honest conversations whenever I need them. There’s a consistent sense of care, compassion, and professionalism that truly sets Kaizen apart. I’m incredibly grateful to Kaizen for helping me reset my nutrition, my mindset, and my overall well-being — and for helping me see a hopeful, sustainable path forward.
